I am a "senior citizen" who has been into healthy living and personal fitness for over 41 years. I hold two certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Certified Personal Trainer and as a Specialist in Senior Fitness.
I work out at EOS Fitness in Phoenix 3 days/week focusing on strength training. In addition, I have a home gym that I use for fitness training and that my wife and I also use for fitness. For aerobic training, I ride a mountain bike 7.5 miles 4 to 5 days/week I have a special interest in helping persons over 50, and especially seniors, to become more fit, lose excess weight, improve their strength/flexibility, extend their life in a very healthy way, and generally feel better about themselves.
